Salus records activity, wellness and body metrics for your own information. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice.
Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, changing your diet, or acting on anything Salus shows you — especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, taking medication, or living with a heart, respiratory or metabolic condition.
AI insights are generated from the data you log and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat pace, cadence, elevation, calorie, sleep and recovery figures — and any suggestion built on them — as rough guidance, not clinical measurement. Never use Salus to decide whether a symptom needs medical attention.
GPS distance, pace and elevation depend on your phone's sensors and signal quality. Imported device data is only as accurate as the device that produced it.
If you feel chest pain, faint, severely short of breath, or unwell during activity, stop immediately and seek medical help. In an emergency call your local emergency number — Salus cannot contact anyone on your behalf.
